On Monday, May 27, 2024, Mary Immaculate of Lourdes will hold its annual outdoor Memorial Day Mass here at 10 AM. It will take place outside the Cemetery garage, in sight of the Veterans' rock-shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows.

The Memorial Day Mass is offered for the repose of the souls of all of our nation's war-dead, for the souls of all those buried in the consecrated ground of St. Mary's, for our own beloved dead, and for all the faithful departed. Requiescant in pace.

On January 23, 2017, we visited the stone erected by the Knights of Columbus in memory of all the aborted children (below).

On January 7, 2017, we captured the beauty of falling snow on the grounds of Saint Mary's Cemetery (below).

"God's Thirty Acres"
"Saint Mary's Cemetery - a simple, yet lovely country burial ground lying like a jewel amid the encircling hills. Truly, here is a sacred tribute to God's love and mercy."

A place of Consolation and Hope
Why Choose a Catholic Cemetery
A Catholic Parish Cemetery such as St. Mary's is an extension of the parish life, a bridge between this world and the next. The prayers of the living, joined to the Sacrifice of the Mass offered on the altar of the parish Church, come to the aid of the faithful departed, while the faithful departed come to the aid of the living in the manner which God allows through the Communion of Saints.
